An External User must obtain an Access Pin Code in order to access the "Token Browser screen". Refer to the section "Request Access Pin Code process flow" for additional information.

Select the TOKEN MANAGEMENT option from the Main Menu. Note: The "Token Management screen" will be displayed. |

Select either SMS or EMAIL from the Notification Method field. This is a mandatory field. The system will send the Access Pin Code to the user using one of these two methods.

Click the REQUEST ACCESS PIN CODE button. Note:

You will now need to wait for the Access Pin Code to be received via SMS or EMAIL. Example of email that will be sent: |

Enter the Access Pin Code in the Access Pin field. |

Click the SUBMIT button. Note: Once the system has verified the Access Pin Code, the following two tabs will be displayed:
IMPORTANT: If the Access Pin Code is incorrect, the system will display an error message and prompt the user to re-enter the Access Pin Code. After three incorrect attempts the user will be logged out of the system and the user account will be locked. Contact the System Administrator to have your account unlocked.
