Procedure

Open a web browser and enter the application's URL.

With the "User Login screen" displayed, enter your user name in the User Name field.

Note: The user name is generated by the system. As such, you cannot change your user name.

Enter your password in the Password field.

Click the LOGIN button.

One of the following activities may occur:

• The terms and conditions have changed since your last login.

• You will be asked whether you wish to change your password now.

• You will be asked whether you wish to change your password later.

If the 'terms and conditions' have changed since you last logged in, an information message will be displayed when you click the LOGIN button.

Click the "Terms and Conditions" option to review them. Once complete click the X button to close the dialogue box.

Re-enter your password, click the Terms and Conditions check-box and then click the LOGIN button again.

Procedure

A message will be displayed once you click the LOGIN button.

Enter your existing password and then a new unique password.

Click the RESET PASSWORD button to change your password.

A message will be displayed once you click the LOGIN button.

Click the CHANGE PASSWORD LATER button to access the system.

Note: You do not need to enter any information on this screen if you wish to continue using the same password.
