Use a Token

Overview to using a token

The following roles cannot create SENS submissions for themselves:

As such, the USE TOKEN button on the "Token Management - Browse Tokens tab" will be disabled.

Step	Procedure
1	Refer to the section "Browse Tokens" to first browse for one or more tokens.
2	Refer to the section "System Familiarisation" for information on filtering the data displayed, selecting the data displayed, as well as moving from one page to the next.
3	Select the relevant token. Note: You can only select one token at a time to use.
4	Click the USE TOKEN button. Note: The following message will be displayed: "Are you sure you wish to continue working with this token?" IMPORTANT: If you select more than one token you will receive an error message when you click the USE TOKEN button. The following message is displayed: "Only one token record may be selected at a time."
5	Click the OK button. Note: If a Registration Token was selected, the "New External Registration Application screen" will be displayed. The following fields will be automatically pre-populated: Exchange, Company Role, Company Name, Title and Registration Token. If a SENS Submission Token was selected, the "New Announcement screen" will be displayed.
