Confirm Password Reset

The purpose of this screen is to confirm that your password has been reset.

To access the "Manage Own Account", simply click the MANAGE OWN ACCOUNT option on the "User Login screen".

Click the CHANGE PROFILE option at the top of each screen.

Note: The "JSE AD Web Portal screen" will be displayed.

Log in to the "JSE AD Web Portal".

Click the CONFIRM PASSWORD RESET option.

Enter your user name in the UserName field.

Enter the password that was sent to you via an email message in the Temp Password field.

Enter your new password in the Password field.

Note:

  • SENS will remember the last 24 passwords that you entered. As such, you will receive an error message if you try and enter a password that you have previously used.

  • There is a minimum password age of 1 day. As such, you cannot change your password more than once within a 24 hour period.

IMPORTANT:

A password can be minimum length of 8 characters. Passwords can be a combination of any 3 or more of the following options:

  • Small letters

  • Capital letters

  • Numbers

  • Special characters (these are characters that are non-alphanumeric, for example, ~,!, @, #, $, %, ^, …)

Enter the image code in the field displayed.

Note: If you cannot read the code, you can click the GENERATE NEW IMAGE option or you can click the GET AUDIO CODE to listen to the code.

Click the CONFIRM PASSWORD RESET button.
