Procedure

With the "User Login screen" displayed, click the Forgot Password hyperlink.

With the "Forgot Password screen" displayed, enter your user name in the User Name field.

Enter the text code in the Enter Text Code field.

Note:

• If you cannot read the Text Code then click the Generate New Image hyperlink. A new Text Code will be generated.

• You can also listen to the Text Code. Click the Difficulty in reading? Hear the code hyperlink to listen to the Text Code.

Click the SUBMIT button.

Note: An email will be sent to you. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
