REGISTRATION PROCEDURES.
Companies that wish to submit announcements to SENS are required to register with the SENS department before being able to submit SENS announcements.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Registration may be done online on the JSE Internet site (www.jse.co.za).
OFFLINE REGISTRATION
A registration form can also be downloaded from the site, completed, and either e-mailed or faxed to the SENS department. The form is also available from the SENS department. The form is in a MS Word format.
To launch the template for Registration, complete the following steps-
- Open Microsoft Word;
- Click "File", then select "New";
- Under the "General" tab you will find the Registration Template (SENS Submitter Registration Form);
- Open this file and you will be prompted with a pop up box;
- Click "Enable Macros";
- You will then be prompted with the Template Startup Page;
- Click "OK" to continue;
- This will open the SENS Submitter Registration Form and make it available for data entry.
NOTE: No handwritten applications will be accepted.
REGISTRATION FORM
The form consists of three sections -
Section 1 - Submitter Company details.
Please read the terms and conditions as set out in Schedule 19 of the JSE Listing Requirements, and complete the details as
required.
Section 2 - Contact details.
- The Primary contact and authenticator are mandatory.
- The SENS office will contact the primary contact for any queries.
- The authenticator will be contacted to validate announcements pertaining to the listed companies.
Section 3 - Listed Company details.
Please select the company(s) that you will be submitting announcements on behalf of.
NOTE: The listed companies will be contacted to verify the registration application. |
